School of Architecture Kookmin University 50th Anniversary Design

In 2024, the School of Architecture at Kookmin University celebrated its 50th anniversary. To mark this milestone, we designed an anniversary emblem alongside various applications for celebratory events.

Using the core elements of architecture — space, form, surface, and line — as visual motifs, the emblem reflects on a half-century of history while expressing hopes for an inspiring and dynamic journey over the next 50 years.

Starting with a sleek monochrome foundation paired with a vibrant color palette, the design delivers a lively aesthetic. We also created multiple signature variations, allowing flexible brand expressions tailored to different applications—from official event posters, exhibition walls, and signage, to promotional items like mugs, t-shirts, and bags.
